About Manobal

Manobal aims to address the unique challenges men face in seeking mental health support. We advocate for change, provide education, and offer workshops and support groups to empower men and create a more inclusive society. Stigma and Stereotypes: Men are often expected to be strong and stoic, making it difficult for them to express their emotions or seek help.

Fear of Judgment: The fear of being seen as weak or inadequate can prevent men from seeking mental health support.

Lack of Awareness: Many men are unaware of the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions or the resources available to them.

Limited Access to Care: In many areas, access to mental health services is limited, particularly for men.

Improving Well-being: Addressing men’s mental health can significantly improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

Reducing Suicide Rates: Men are at a higher risk of suicide than women. By promoting mental health awareness and support, we can help reduce suicide rates.

Creating a More Inclusive Society: Challenging gender stereotypes and promoting mental health for men can create a more inclusive and supportive society for everyone.

By working together, we can break down the barriers that prevent men from seeking help and create a more supportive environment for men’s mental health.
